okay so for those of you who dont know me. I suffer from anxiety. anxiety. it is a bitch to deal with and it can be debilitating at times when your anxiety is way. For me i have excessive worrying. what this means is that i forever and constantly worrying about stupid little things and if worse comes to worse I blow things out of proportion and that fuels my anxiety even more , which in turn causes me to get a panic attack. panic attacks are a bitch to have. you our of breath, and feel like youre having a heart attack. your muscles are constricted so you can not move at all. So now that you all know how anxiety works, you all can stop telling people with anxiety that is all in their heads. it is so not in our heads we cant help it. also, stop telling us that all we need to do is stop worrying, If that was all we had to do dont you think that we would have already done and cured our anxiety.
