For those who suffer from anxiety. I will tell you different ways to cop with anxiety and how to calm yourself down without medication,
The first way to cope with anxiety is too do some deep breathing exercises,
Second. ground yourself through meditation. Find a quiet place and sit down and drown out all your thoughts and noises. After five minutes you will be cool, calm, and collected.
Third, You can try exercising, like running or walking outside. exercise helps you breath more which will calm you down!!!
