If all other ways I have said and suggested on how to cope with anxiety and depression didnt work. Here are other alternatives. One alternative is to keep yourself and your hands busy. With me what I did is that i took up crocheting and that kept my mind off of the stuff that would consume my mind with worry. Another alternative is to adopt a pet, Before i even got diagnosed with anxiety I had 3 cats and 1 dog that I absolutely loved. They kept me busy and entertained, plus they will show you unconditional love no matter what and that is a totally awesome feeling that you have someone that will love you and cuddle with you all the time.
