Now you may be thinking why would I be talking about arts and crafts on a anxiety and depression blog. Well it is simple, doing arts and crafts when you have anxiety keeps you and your hands busy. For me personally I was crocheting . However if that isn’t your style than you can try knitting or even try Adult Coloring Books. I have personally tried the coloring book. However, I really do not have the patience to just sit down and start coloring. There is also coloring books app that you can download on your phone and start using whenever you feel anxious. Believe me this actually works, my therapist told me that it is called self therapy.
