There are a lot of medications for any mental health issue that have been prescribed to tons of people. This has been a western culture thing. There are tons of people who use and abuse their medication and get addicted to their prescription drugs. In my opinion if I had a choice of picking natural remedies or medication. I would definitely chose the natural remedies, because I do not want all the medication to mess up system. However, I have to be on medications because my anxiety is severe.
Some of the natural remedies to relieve and calm anxiety. You can try yoga, or deep breathing techniques.
