The signs of depression are as followed:
If these signs stay for 2 weeks or more, than you most likely have depression. At this point I would recommend seeking/finding help like talking to a therapist or a friend or someone you can trust.
I have some experience it in this field. I do have a bachelors degree in psychology so I have studied most of the mental health disorders including depression and anxiety. I also have depression myself and I Have sought help from it by talking to my psychiatrist in it. As well as, my boyfriend has depression as well and he comes to me often when he is feeling depressed.
So if you or someone you know has depression. I would strongly suggest that you talk to a professional about your depression, so that they can tell you how to manage it.
