Today is Sunday so I have decided to write a post about being grounded by a church or religion. To Some people with anxiety they have said that going to a church or having some kind of religion or belief helps them with their anxiety. This is because they are surrounded by people that they love and believe that god will make their lives better. However, If you are not a church going person, you can try just reading the Bible. That method has worked for me in the a few times. Also, if religion isn’t your thing than you can try listening to classical music, professionals have said that listening to classical music while having a panic attack or having anxiety slows down your heart rate because the music tones and your heart sync together, slowing your heart rate down and letting you breathe better.

FYI: I am in no way trying to push religion or church on anyone. Just suggesting what works for anxiety.
