If you have depression and sometimes have a problem getting out of bed in the morning. Than you need to read this post. I will give you steps on how to get out of bed in the morning.
1.Be depressed upright, other wise be prepared to hear those voices. you can be depressed when you are outside and active.
2. Make it to the shower (Try taking it 15 minutes at a time)
3. Try bribing yourself to get out of bed. For people. Tell yourself that if and when you get out of bed you can go and do what you really want to do.
4. Have a purpose or goal to make you want to get out of bed. For example. Have a project you would like to do, or a hobby that you love to do like blogging or writing.
