, everyone! sorry that it has been a while since I’ve posted anything lately, been busy with life. so anyways this post is going to be about the importance of seeing a therapist to help you with your stress and anxiety. Years ago I was very reluctant in getting help with my anxiety because I thought that it would make me look crazy and weak. However, when I finally did get help it really helped me and still helps me till this day. The talking cure that psychiatrist and therapist have called therapy really helps you with your stress. talking to a professional about your problems really lightens your mood and your mind. finding the right therapist will really help you with any problems that you may be having. they will teach you breathing techniques and how to control and manage your anxiety without medication. if you can not find or get a professional. you can always write down your feelings in a journal. writing in a journal will relax you and relieves all your problems cause you are writing it down and not holding it inside.
