If you suffer from a mental illness like anxiety and depression it is very important you practice self care. There is only so much that therapy and medications can do for you, and if you have family who .are not supportive about your mental conditions like mine are. You definitely to take actions and practice self care for your self. what i mean by self care is take time for yourself, do something for yourself. for example with me i went to the park and brought my coloring book, music and a book to relax. If you really need to talk to someone talk to someone you and trust who will not judge you or even write in a journal. you can decorate it to make it your own with stickers, calligraphy etc..
