yoga is also a great way to relieve your stress and anxiety. I would go to the gym and take their yoga classes. However if you can not afford to join a gym there are yoga videos that you can buy and try it at home. If you are like me, you will absolutely love doing Yoga.

classical music is one of the best ways that I know to calm yourself down from anxiety or from a panic attack.

Writing down your thoughts in a journal
you can also surround your room with positive affirmations and even keep a mini copy of those positive affirmations with you to help you calm down.
wall stickers did wonders for me when I had my own place. I wrote positive affirmations on them to motivate me.
